Located in Tuoli Township, Urumqi County, Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is a national 4A-level tourist attraction. The park covers a total area of about 30,000 mu, with a core tourist area of 12,000 mu and an average altitude of 2,020 meters.
