World Devil City Scenic Area
Located in Urho District, Karamay City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is a national 5A-level tourist scenic area. Whenever a strong wind howls past, the airflow shuttles and swirls among the strange rocks, emitting a shrill howling sound, just like the wailing of ghosts and wolves, which is how the "World Devil City" got its name.
