Changsha Window of the World is located at No. 485 Sanyi Avenue, Kaifu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, covering an area of 400,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive theme park integrating world wonders, historical relics, famous scenic spots from ancient to modern times, world residences, folk customs, world song and dance art performances, and large-scale mechanical amusement rides. In 2000, it was rated as one of the first national 4A-level tourist attractions.
History and Culture
Changsha Window of the World was founded in 1995, jointly developed by China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Group Corporation, Overseas Chinese Town Economic Development Co., Ltd., and Hunan Radio and Television Development Group with an investment of 300 million RMB. The project was officially signed on November 28, 1995, started construction in July 1996, completed in September 1997, opened for trial operation on October 1, and officially opened to the public on October 16. In April 2003, its holding company entrusted it to Hunan Economic TV Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. for operation and management. Since 2003, Changsha Window of the World has become a cultural activity base in Hunan Province, undertaking film and television shooting and entertainment cultural activities. Hunan Satellite TV's programs such as "Super Girl", "Happy Boy", "Where Are We Going, Dad?" and "Idol Coming" have been filmed here.
Main Attractions
Neuschwanstein Castle
Built at a 1:2 scale of the original, it is a landmark building of the scenic spot. The original castle was built in 1869 at the foot of the Alps in Bavaria, Germany. King Ludwig II of Bavaria personally participated in the design of the castle, which contains a large number of swan sculptures.
Lighthouse of Alexandria
Built at a 1:2 scale of the original, it is a landmark building of the scenic spot. As one of the world-famous Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the original lighthouse is located on the island of Pharos near Alexandria, Egypt. It was built during the reign of Ptolemy I to guide ships entering and leaving Alexandria.
Glass Pyramid of the Louvre, France
Built at a 1:2 scale of the original. The original pyramid is located at the Louvre Museum in France, constructed in 1984 and designed by the famous Chinese-American architect I.M. Pei.
Egyptian Pyramids
Built at a 1:15 scale of the original. As one of the Eight Wonders of the World's Architecture, the original pyramids are located in Giza on the outskirts of Cairo, the capital of Egypt. The Great Pyramid of Khufu is the largest pyramid in the world, built around 2690 BC as the tomb of Khufu, the second pharaoh of the Fourth Dynasty.
Thousand-Hand Guanyin
Standing at 20 meters high, it is also known as "Thousand-Hand and Thousand-Eye Guanyin" because each of its palms has an eye. "Thousand hands" symbolize boundless compassion, and "thousand eyes" represent perfect wisdom.
Fountain of the Four Continents, France
Built at a 1:1 scale of the original. The original fountain was designed and constructed by the French sculptor Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux, featuring four female figures of different races, representing the people of Europe, America, Asia, and Africa, symbolizing unity and friendship.
Ximaotuo Children's Park
The only indoor children's pavilion with a vegetable theme in China, specially built for children under 12 years old. It is equipped with 10 parent-child facilities including Caterpillar Mountain Train, Little Pilot, and Mini Ferris Wheel.

- Bus: Take Bus 358 or 409 to Window of the World (Ice and Snow World) Station, then walk 428 meters; or take Bus 704 to Zhongnan Automobile World Station, then walk 514 meters.
- Self-Driving: Navigate to Window of the World - Exclusive Ground Parking Lot. Parking fees: 10 RMB per hour, 30 RMB for within 5 hours, 35 RMB for 8 hours, 40 RMB for within 12 hours, and 50 RMB for within 24 hours.
