Safety Warning

Tourists must pay attention to weather warnings and wear life-saving equipment before participating in water activities.

If unfortunately falling into the water, some self-rescue measures can be taken.

Stay Calm: Stay calm after falling into the water and avoid panic, because panic will make the body consume more energy and may lead to choking on water. Try to calm down your emotions so that you can better take self-rescue measures.

Don't Struggle: Don't struggle desperately in the water, as this will make the body sink faster. Keep your body relaxed and let it float naturally on the water surface. You can try to lie on your back on the water, tilt your head back so that your mouth and nose are above the water surface, and breathe.

Look for Support: If there are floating objects around, such as wooden planks, branches, etc., try to grab them to increase buoyancy and help yourself stay on the water surface.

Adopt the Correct Swimming Posture: If you can swim, use the correct swimming posture to swim towards the shore or a safe area. When swimming, pay attention to maintaining a rhythm and avoid overexertion. If you can't swim, you can try treading water with your feet to keep your body upright, with your head above the water surface, and at the same time, use your hands to paddle towards the shore or where there are people.

Call for Help Loudly: Shout for help loudly in the water to attract the attention of people around you so as to get rescue. You can shout "Help" at regular intervals, but pay attention to keeping your breathing smooth when shouting to avoid choking on water.

Save Your Energy: If you have to wait for rescue in the water for a long time, pay attention to saving your energy. Try to reduce physical activity, maintain a floating state, and avoid excessive energy consumption.
