History and Culture
Shijingshan Amusement Park began construction in 1986 and was officially opened to the public on April 29, 1987. It is the first large-scale modern amusement park built in Beijing after the founding of the People's Republic of China, invested and constructed by the Shijingshan District Government of Beijing, aiming to provide leisure and entertainment places for citizens.
In the early stage of construction, the park was mainly in European garden style, introducing advanced amusement equipment at that time, such as aerial bicycles and carousels. With the development of the times, exciting projects such as Atomic Skate and Shenzhou have been added, as well as modern facilities such as 4D cinemas and Go-Kart Run, continuously meeting the needs of visitors.
